As a founding partner of Ctrl, Hendrik brings extensive experience across database administration, infrastructure engineering, and data integration. He enjoys working closely with clients to understand their environment and deliver practical, long term technology solutions.
Outside of work, Hendrik values time with family and investing in the relationships that matter most. That same people first mindset carries into his work at Ctrl, where building lasting partnerships is always the priority.
Jason de Jongh
Technical Services Manager
Jason brings more than 20 years of experience across IT service delivery, infrastructure, cloud, and client engagement. Known for his people first approach, he focuses on building strong relationships and helping teams and clients achieve great outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, the beach, and a game out on the padel court.
Eric Morgan
Principal Consultant
Eric helps organisations modernise and simplify complex enterprise systems. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise IT, he has delivered architecture, integration, and platform projects across finance, government, and large scale operations. He enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working alongside teams to deliver practical, long term solutions.
Renato Estrada
Technical Consultant
With more than 20 years of IT experience, Renato brings expertise across helpdesk operations, infrastructure, systems support, and server administration. Since moving to New Zealand, he has worked across a wide range of technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Fortinet, and server environments. Outside of work, he enjoys off roading and gaming.
Daniel Perry
Technical Consultant
Daniel specialises in IT support, helping users navigate technical challenges and keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for his approachable nature and problem solving mindset, he enjoys making technology easier to navigate. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys volleyball and spending time with friends.
Luke Berrington
Technical Consultant
Luke enjoys the hands on nature of IT, from troubleshooting technical issues to helping end users get back up and running quickly. Passionate about continuous learning, he thrives in fast paced environments where no two days are the same. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in the gym.
Derick Aguiling
Technical Consultant
Derick brings experience across IT support, Azure, SAP, and security, with a growing focus on ServiceNow development and implementation. He enjoys simplifying complex processes and creating solutions that make day to day work easier for users. Outside of work, Derick enjoys riding motorcycles and playing music.
Ethan Roux
Technical Consultant
Ethan enjoys solving problems and working across a broad range of technologies including Microsoft platforms, SAP, ServiceNow, and enterprise systems. He values continuous learning and enjoys helping people overcome technical challenges. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys golf, badminton, and playing guitar.
Morgan Wade
Digital Solutions Lead
Morgan brings experience across managed services and corporate IT, spanning support, systems, infrastructure, and business analysis. He enjoys solving complex problems and helping organisations work more efficiently through practical technology solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, snow sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Support Analyst
Rei brings over 10 years of experience across sales, management, and digital support roles. Passionate about problem solving and helping people find practical solutions, Rei enjoys learning new technologies and supporting customers.
